Reputable WOSB with Prime Contracts

BCT leadership cares about its people and makes and effort to reach out when an employee is need personnally or professionally. The company is small yet has multiple prime contracts which offers options to employees. The 401k and other benefits are excellent.

Solid Company

Basically a solid company, but like all with PROs and CONs. Great work schedule flexibility, but due to nature of the work, no work location flexibiity. Tele-working not an option.
