Quantity Over Quality

Too slow to hire. Unspoken consensus that the BDA way means to settle for being more reactive than proactive. Culture does not promote efficiency, accuracy, logical planning, or professionalism. In dire need of systems engineers. The "best" way often means, ultimately, the quickest way, even if not quite correct or good practice. Unwillingness to invest - more... in the right resources. Not a good place to work if you're someone who appreciates structure, SOP's, or reasonable bonus incentives.

But on the plus side:
Plenty opportunities to step up and take on more responsibility if desired, to lear ... - less
ProsFree snacks at company meetings, discounts at some stores, fancy holiday party, free shipping supplies
ConsSevere pressure to exceed full-time hours
