I took the afternoon off of work to go in and meet with 4 different people. After a great interview and a promise to connect with a week, I followed up with HR. This went on for almost 2 months and I continued to get the "hiring managers are out of town" or "we haven't made a decision", etc. It's been over 4 months and nobody ever followed up and yet the jobs are still posted online despite the VP telling me my experience was excellent and all relevant. I wouldn't want to work for a company who treats prospective employees this way.
