I was contacted almost 3 weeks after my interview and told it went exceptional and I should be getting an offer early the next week. Got a call the next Wednesday that recruiting received a list of names they were moving forward with in my area and I wasnt on it. No explanation. My experience far exceeded what they required and are hiring. Just saw an ad for a new opening right in my area. There are quite a few healthcare agencies to work for. Consensus is employees are not happy at beacon but very content making less money at other agencies doing same job.
It has been one yr and still a temp managements make you feel unappreciated the workload is crazy ..this department is just falling apart
Interviewed for a position at Penn Station, NYC. A week after the interview i was made an extremely low offer. I tried to negotiate, and the HR person told me that she would speak to management and get back to me in 48 hrs. 48 hrs came and went and i never heard back from them. I followed up with an email & phone call and no one returned either communication. I would never apply for such unprofessional organization again.
2 weeks or so

It took me months to finish the hiring process.

The hiring process is pretty fast. I was hired by a lady that actually resigned a week after she hired the last class with no explanation why. She just advised that she won't be returning, I guess it was too much on her too.

I got hired on the first interview but should of taken another job offer with a company that had less demands and you were free to help the clients better with services. Also, this company had more employee perks than did Value Options, but for someone new to case management it was good for training.
