Latham office was horrible. No advancement opportunities unless you're related to someone or friends.very political. Mentally abusive.worst job I ever had.

Much like high school. I go to work each day because I enjoy it. It gives me a purpose to get out of bed and get excited to see my friends that I mad while working there. Some of which I still stay in contact with.
