No appreciation, very cheap company, doesn't know a great employee when it slaps them in the face. Customer Service is the back bone of the company and yet treated as the red headed step child. During Customer Service week they make the REPS do all the planning yet complain when the idea costs to much money.... Would be a GREAT place if they paid right - more...
