It's not good that's why people leave and get fired there is no leadership or enforcement of the rules they make you sign a form that says you attended their safety meetings but once you get out on the job site all bets are off the management only cares about keeping a customer and nothing else and the employees are the worst they act like a bunch of 12 year old school girls and things always get done late and wrong, there is an extreme lack of communication and directions to job sites are wrong most of the time so only 2 to 3 jobs a day are actually completed! in conclusion i would just tell anyone applying DON'T!
