Plan on at least 2 weeks after in person interview. Some remote locations take longer. On 1st day of the job you do an all day video class- bring headphones and caffeine, it’s super boring. But it’s nice to have it all done in 1 day.

Listen to Employees and treat rhem with reapect, they are the front line!! See where problems occur and fix them, visit the sites more and interact with people not just send emails with complaints!acknowledge and train properly
