I've been with Beacon since 2015 and never received a raise. The new hires are making what I'm making. I took the level 5 test a month ago still no raise. I've been a level 4 since 2012 with J2S Group.

A clean record, an abundance of patience, a love of humanity, the ability to love mankind regardless of what you may see as a fault. DCW have an easy job for the most part. This is not like being a CNA where you have to clean up bodily functions continuously on 30 plus patients all day long. Those that are griping need to try that for a change of pace.

Plan on at least 2 weeks after in person interview. Some remote locations take longer. On 1st day of the job you do an all day video class- bring headphones and caffeine, it’s super boring. But it’s nice to have it all done in 1 day.
