I've been with Beacon since 2015 and never received a raise. The new hires are making what I'm making. I took the level 5 test a month ago still no raise. I've been a level 4 since 2012 with J2S Group.

You never get raises, me and my co worker have been fighting for 3 months and there excuse is "we can't find the level up paperwork" the assistant tried to get us to take the test one at a time but the house manager seemed to get upset when he brought it up and says it's a test we have to take all in one now.... I think it's a lie to be honest. If you want a raise don't expect one from this company.
