A clean record, an abundance of patience, a love of humanity, the ability to love mankind regardless of what you may see as a fault. DCW have an easy job for the most part. This is not like being a CNA where you have to clean up bodily functions continuously on 30 plus patients all day long. Those that are griping need to try that for a change of pace.

Make sure you have compassion for your residents because its not just a job its their life and they depend on you to get through the day. You have to have a big heart for the people.
