Front Desk Agent in Highland, CA
on March 2, 2021
Alots of cons
Overall at first glance the environment looks good. There some Front Desk with real attitudes. Others are amazing. Management is as a whole needs to communicate better and not make up rules out of paper and pencil.

The job itself along with the pay isn’t bad, however, the managers don’t really care as much as they claim to say. HR definitely aren’t for the employees. They’re just there to protect the employers despite their unprofessional comments/actions.

Needs a lot of work and needs new managers. I hated every minutes. The money was terrible. All of our tips went on our pay checks and it wasn't worth it for me.
Line cook/ Pastry chef in Highland, CA

Staff is lazy. It's actually shocking how they gotten this job or any job for that matter with how lazy they are. The chefs are hard working. They do take time to work around your schedule or to accommodate. Live to survive.
