You are allowed 6 unscheduled PDOs for the year and I think that should be changed. I think there should be separate sick days from regular PDOs, example of you earn 5 PDOs a month 1 1/2 are sick 3 1/2 are for any Time off or 30 mins sick per pay period can be earned in addition to regular PDOs

Opportunity to advance without having to be a Nurse. If you have a Masters in a field of study and you don’t quality to fill a non-clinical position because you aren’t a nurse, then why stay. Many places do not require you be a nurse that this organization does. This doesn’t provide incentive to stay.
