Great company, can go as far as you want... 100% commission. They give you all the resources you need to succeed and access to training. Can take awhile to receive an answer when a question is submitted.

There is a lot of talk of "work/life balance" but it's nonexistent on many teams. Summer hours were offered as a means of maintaining a work/life balance but then all employees were forced to change their in time, which threw off the lives of many employees.

This is all minor compared to the one HUGE problem. The company has no HR department with over 100 employees at corporate so there is no one to speak to when there are issues within the organization.

Beautycounter is a great company that is truly trying to change the personal care products industry offering truly safe and thoughtful products. The problem I had is having to spend too much of my own money to buy the products to share and trying to get customers interested in Beautycounter's mission and wonderful, but pricey product offerings.

Great compensation the harder you work. Great people to work with and a great product. Love talking to others about a safe and healthy product that is available.
