Catered Lunch
Compliance Analyst (Former Employee) –  Farmington, CTJuly 19, 2018
Beazley has an interesting open floor plan (not the typical cubicles) and catered lunch everyday. The culture was very conducive to bringing creative ideas to the table; it was a relaxed environment.

Good work environment for those out of college. Very respectful of work-life balance. Relaxed working environment. There are a lot of entry level positions and higher level.

Productive and fun work place
Underwriting Assistant (Current Employee) –  Chicago, ILAugust 1, 2017
There's an open concept office with no emphasis on a hierarchy. There's a ping pong table and basketball game in the kitchen. Free fruit delivery on Monday and Wednesday. They have fizzy and still water as well. Lunch is provided daily. They have great benefits.
Pros
Free lunches, great benefits
Cons
Not always the easiest to move up within the company

Enjoyable Place to Work
Financial Analyst (Current Employee) –  Farmington, CTJuly 29, 2013
Medium size company growing yearly. Company has a London mind set to it, which there is an open floor plan and no hierarchy system. The open floor plan allows for you to talk to everyone in the company due to your ability to see when they are free. Having no hierarchy makes it difficult to know who does what or who you should talk to in a department on an issue or a system question. Altogether its a great place to work for energetic and open minded people.
Pros
Free lunch and great benefits
Cons
No ability to move up

Ok
Underwriting Assistant (Former Employee) –  Farmington, CTJune 19, 2015
It is a great place for those that get hired permanently. Free lunch everyday, great pay and benefits. Everyone is so called on equal playing field so you can be close to your supervisor. You can be there for years through a temp agency before they consider hiring you. Not fair at all.
Pros
free food
Cons
no hurry to hire

A place to work independently, good atmosphere. Everyone is very supportive. personnel development feels to be something that is lacking quite a bit though.
