This company doesn’t value it’s employees and the pay is horrible

Company is an organize. The pay is equal to minimum wage. They do not tell you their employees at all, and they have no respect. At the beginning of the day you were just sitting around at office waiting to see what team you’re on my switch teams a few times. They expect you to go clean 4-5 houses alone now when it used to be 4-5 houses with 3-4 man crew. The pay never is what they say or will be and you now oops longer receive mileage disbursement and you have to drive your own vehicle.
