Planned work is the best thing on the world that keeps your brain busy and satisfied. I worked each day from the graduation untill today and happy about that.
Worst company I have every been assoicated with. Unorganized along with poor management.the site rules an standards change daily.upper management with lie to you so you lie to your men.never understand how they are still around.plus the hide incents,recordables,near misses an will put you in harms way at all cost
I no longer work at Bechtel. However, I enjoy my work, and look forward to accomplishing mutual goals in the workplace.
Like it was a grind and the rules changed every week, sometimes every day and the management had no clue how to run the job.
