Because of the decline in retail, hours are being cut, staff is being cut. For those that are there, work is doubled. You only get a raise once a year, and its like 20 cents. I would recommend it as a part time, but not a good fit for anyone that wants to advance in the company, its almost impossible.

I enjoy working here I’ve been working for bed bath and beyond for almost 2 years.for the most part managers are understanding and have flexible hours. What I can say is that for every year you work here your supposed to get a small increase and I had to almost beg for my increase and chase my mangers around to remind them. Some employees never even got an increase even after 2 plus years. But other than that I like it here.

Most of the job consisted of stocking, helping customers, and cleaning up rooms. The job itself wasn't the most interesting thing, but the people there made it a fun environment that made me happy to go to work everyday.

Poor management and they don’t care about the employees…there’s a lot of favoritism in certain people, especially the managers….they don’t respect each other and even worst they don’t respect the employees…They need to weed test all the employees including managers.
