Give the backbone of the store a raise at least. I got a promotion and no raise. Ton of responsibilities and making 10.70n hour. Expect me to complete all my work effectively and on time to? With all of the register back up calls and lunch breaks I have to cover. It's almost impossible to have a productive day once the store opens because customer service is #1 at least call me less for the register and don't make me lose an hour of work covering lunches at customer service. It's almost like they don't care or understand how important my job is which is what's the most stressful.
