How long does it take to get hired from start to finish at Bed Bath & Beyond? What are the steps along the way?

Lack of hours and poor management on the corperate side they keep implementing new policies that make no sense in an actual retail environment, Customers and THE WORST will complain about everything imaginable.
I had a double interview, how long does it take to get hired? They seemed like they liked me, but maybe they were just being nice and wanted me outta there
If you are more qualified than the people interviewing you, you're sure NOT to get hired. They don't even call you back to let you know that they are going a different direction. WASTE OF TIME
