The management is very petty, it takes a lot to get them to do anything, and the equipment that you can get stuck with might not even make it down the road safely. I for example went through 7 trucks, due to a air purification system. These trucks were the 2013 model, despite the company's promise to phase these out the models 2015 and older. I have been stuck with a truck that had over 500,000 miles, and had many air regeneration issues. The very first month I worked there, after training, I was stuck in repair shops, delivering maybe 2 loads a week. I complained numerous times to my yard manager and supervisor, but the response was "You're lucky to have that truck."
