I've worked at Behavior Frontiers for almost a year and was promoted by 6 months. This field is tricky, hours are precarious and it takes a while to accumulate full time hours. However if clients cancel you have the option to make up hours (the pay rate is significantly lower which is saddening but many companies dont offer this supplemental option, - more... causing hours to be lost altogether and therefore benefits). This job takes patience- it is not for everyone so turnover is high but management (2/3 if my case managers and almost all of upper management-you wont like everyone you work for) is inv ... - less
ProsBenefits, managerial support, fullfilling, family feel
ConsLong days, pay is good but sometimes i think we deserve more, weird hours, tiring
