Working hours vary by position, but if you are a behavior therapist, working hours go based off both employee and clients' hours of availability. We have a very flexible working schedule.

We strive to have a fast and efficient hiring process. We usually screen resumes and reach out to candidates within 2 business days to bring them in for an interview. Shortly after the interview, we get back to you with our decision. That is when the on-boarding process begins and after paperwork is submitted and processed, a start day is determined

Yes, the company does a great job at teaching curriculum with positive behavior methods. I have continued to learn more and more throughout the years that I have been employed here, and I feel confident in my curriculum design at this point.

Full time employees accrue vacation time on a pro-rated basis each pay period. Employees earn the amount of PTO equivalent with their position title. The minimum amount of vacation time each employee will accrue each year is 5 days in line with their position title, each year.
