favoritism and the laziness Lead employees. understaffed. can’t take constructive criticism. For what you deal with the pay could be WAYYYY better this job is not easy. I feel like they could put more money into their employees and more NET kid activities in the “play areas”. Eating with clients gets kinda annoying too. It’s okay every now and then but not EVERYDAY..

The BCBAs are good when it comes to the work they put into their programming/treatment for patients. Definitely learned a lot about ABA working here. Always fun working with the kids and watching them progress overtime. Amazing and supportive coworkers! Poor management and leadership. Favoritism, dishonesty, disrespect, terrible emotional intelligence and pure pettiness all over the place. Claims to value inclusiveness for those with neurodiversity, but absolutely incapable of providing accommodations or compassion when actually met with the challenge.

Overall, everyone is welcoming, friendly, and supportive. I enjoy coming to work and seeing my coworkers. There are always BCBAs on site to help when behaviors happen. They are always willing to help. The RBTs are also amazing and always help each other and help the BCBAs. There is opportunities to have more responsibility and move up to different positions. The kids are awesome. Home/work life balance is very important. They are supportive of those in school and those with families. I enjoy working at Behavior TLC

The Good:The BCBAs and Directors are supportive and open to RBT ideas and feedback. Hard work is noticed and recognized with raises and promotions. The Not Great:You have a 30 minute lunch break with your client. It's understandable but late transitions can make that time even shorter. New employees need a more valuable training course to earn their RBT credential.

Workplace culture is amazing, Hours are great, I've learnt more here about ABA than I did in college, sitting and enjoying with your clients is the most fun at the job!
