Focused more on money than people

Company does not value their staff at the centers. They are focused on billing as many hours to insurance as possible. The pay is very low, raises are tiny when given, PTO is a joke. Company accepts high turnover; they do nothing to fix the underlying issues, just give it lip service. Staff at the center was great, encouraging and helpful, but could only do so much due to corporate policies.
