I've been a tasting room staffer for just over a year now. My colleagues are really fun to work with. While we have had some changes in management during my time, I've always felt that the team listens and takes feedback well. Communication around the team is good. Management definitely makes changes if folks aren't working hard or dropping too many shifts. Overall, I love working at Bell Springs.
