A Click. People were let go that didn't play along with the new GM and were replaced by those who knew her or were friends of someone else who was working there and friends with her. Very stressful daily for anyone outside of the GM's circle. It became a 'Family affair ' rather than a business.

Im neutral to poor about future. There will always be a need to care for our families, but so many kinks need worked out. Not sure about top leaderships experience, so lack of experience needs to be considered. If the technology isn’t corrected, better hires aren’t made, less people aren’t leaving voluntarily or involuntarily and prevented, I’m not optimistic about the future, (my longevity here.) Finally, the management, long term or not, should be encouraged to step outside the box, to step up to being accountable with communication to those calling & texting, not be so rigid and definitely for sure with out question and absolutely be provided with external education about satisfaction of those they hire, fire, care for and mange, and most importantly take all criticism as constructively and not personally - learn from mistakes, because many many have been made. And this is what we see as a huge expectations....so, my vision of the future is bleak like others

Leave the company and take your upper management with you.

After your first year of employment, you get 16 hours of sick time on top of your paid vacation days. You are actually encouraged to take your vacation time. It's refreshing!:-)
