Bellaire at Devonshire isn't the worst place I have worked, however, it is very stressful. Just like any health care position, it is fast paced. One of the down falls, like many places, are the people that work there. Almost everyone will talk about you behind your back. Management included. I am currently looking for another job because I feel very under appreciated. I also don't feel comfortable in such a hostile work environment. I love the Residents that live in the building, just not the workers. I am all about being a team player, but you can only give so much.
Horrible place to work. Management are slave drivers and they have no concern for employees.

Don't apply!! Management expects you to move mountains but they give you no support. Under paid and over worked. The residents that live there are not listened to by management but the nursing staff is very caring.
Fun place to work at and most of the coworkers was great

Overall a great place to work. Every day is a little different. It's a beautiful facility with a friendly staff. The work is rewarding and fast paced. A perfect job for someone who is motivated and energetic
