What is the best part of working at the company?MAs are great, but that’s really the best part. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?No management support, MAs poorly trained on anything other than liposuction. No medical background how to work with and support providers though they try. Company ownership is a mess, and not supportive at all! What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Decent. Chaotic at times. Partly disorganized. What is a typical day like for you at the company?Varies for the position, but busy, providers are very busy.

I love my job. Belle has gone through some changes at the beginning of this year and they have all been for the better. Great management, new clinics are opening, the brand is really coming together.

You can tell a lot about a company by the way they treat their employees. Everything that I learned at Belle was self taught. There is no real training or a licensed medical provider on site everyday only on procedure days. I enjoyed the day to day tasks. My most favorite part was taking care of patients and procedure. Unfortunately nepotism is rampant especially in the Idaho Falls office. What really affected the culture was they made it known they were mother/daughter. The CEO'S daughter knew more about where an employee stood with the company or even knew more about the company in general more than the actual office manager or supervisor. As an employee I felt like I had to be friends with the CEO's daughter if I really wanted to feel "safe." If you learn to play their game you'll be fine. The hours are everywhere don't expect to have a straight forward schedule. Your concerns are never really addressed and inventory is a nightmare. Patients aren't the main priority, revenue is and a lot of decisions are emotionally driven, which makes it hard to trust a company when there's no real basis.

Belle was beautiful at first..

No policies or procedures,training isn’t thorough. There is no full time licensed medical professional on site besides for procedure, which leaves a lot of post op appointments and decisions to inexperienced assistants with no medical background.

Love Belle!!

I never thought I would be able to say that I look forward to going to work each day but I love working at Belle! The entire staff is so sweet and some of the best women I have ever worked with. Management makes me feel valued and appreciated every day! The company offers so many opportunity’s for growth and they go above and beyond to compensate all of their employees. By far 5 stars!!!

I had the opportunity to manage the PG Clinic their first year of operation. I worked with the loveliest young woman and patients. I felt valued, properly compensated and supported as an employee and leader. Belle Medical is doing some really Amazing things in the world of fat removal. I would definitely work here again in the future.

High turn over, no protocol, lack of experience

I will second what the NP has disclosed about Belle Medical. There are some issues and red flags in those areas for sure. It’s family run for the most part so go in knowing that. I believe you chose you attitude and what you bring to the work place. This job is only sustainable if you can adapt to daily change and protocol. The patients and seeing results is the most fun and serving others is so rewarding. Just make sure you’re following protocol from corporate before taking care of patients within this clinic- as tactfully as I can say it the priorities feel a bit backwards at times

Inadequate training and unfair allocation of patients

Management did not offer adequate training for nurse practitioners but expected the NPs to offer re-treatment with no compensation, at the sole discretion of the sales person. The allocation of work was very unequal as the sales person assigns patients to the NP and it was obvious that the sales person was friends with the other NP. The patients were very lovely and the work was intriguing but you are paid per body site regardless of how large or small the patient is... so if you are getting all the very large people which take multiple treatments, you are working many days for free. Very demoralizing when you know that the other NP is getting preferred patients. The advertised wage is not accurate when you account for needing to split up treatments and re-treatments.

Best work culture

I absolutely love working for Belle Medical. They promote such a healthy culture for their employees, it feels like family. It's competitive and fast-paced, yet relaxed at the same time. They communicate well, use constructive feedback and always allow employees to openly express concerns or suggestions for improvement. All the other employees are so excited and passionate for this company to succeed and they give it everything they have. This is the best company I've ever worked for.
