What would you suggest Bellin Health management do to prevent others from leaving?
The department I work for has lost so many talented employees in the last year due to incompetent managers. Managers too busy worrying about saving a dollar by working short staffed and when people quit management drags their feet and makes excuses why they have not
even attempted to fill the position. Instead they have the remaining staff stretched to their limits and fearing for patient safety. But hey why not the managers look good they are saving a dollar and sacrificing the quality of care and the staff having any job satisfaction.
