BCT in Liberty Township, OH

The place has many kiddos that are not appropriate for placement and aggressive, staff work short often and management is no help with addressing the issues
RN Staff Nurse in Philadelphia, PA
on October 20, 2021
Belmont recent opened a beautiful new building. The working conditions have improved greatly. New staff lounges and areas to rest and shower if needed. Staffing has improved and on most units there is usually 2 RNs around the clock. We now have security onsite. Overall pretty decent place to work, coworkers are cool and nice pay is higher than most psych hospitals in area.
Behavioral Health Technician in Philadelphia, PA
on October 3, 2021
This place is full of childish people in high places. The hospital is understaffed and should NOT take patients until each unit is staffed properly. The Joint Commission and Phila DHS needs to pay a visit and hold them accountable.
Registered Nurse in Philadelphia, PA

I have had a good experience with Acadia-Belmont. They have a business to run as healthcare requires many variables to keep it going. Need mature staff.
Behavioral Health Associate in Philadelphia, PA

The management suck. It’s very clickish. Your severely underpaid. Always short! Everyone is sleeping with everyone. It’s a mess. The staff come in when they want! Kids lie in workers!
