Politics, low staff, below average wage. CEOs getting paid triple figures to basically act as a parking lot rent a cop looking for people parking in the wrong places
Very nit picky when we are always short staffed.
Doing the jobs of multiple people with no recognition and being very underpaid compared to other surrounding hospitals in the area. If you are not a nurse or Dr, you will not be respected at this health system, especially by the president.
Being severely understaffed and doing the jobs of 2-3 people everyday while being paid a wage that is one of the lowest in the area. On top of that, departments do not work well together, there is a lot of belittlement. Be prepared for a lot of favortisim. If you are not "in" with the cliques, they make your life miserable. There is no empathy for patients, especially from upper management.
Poor wage and benefit compensation,
