Terrible at Pauls valley. I’ve seen 80-85% of people hired in last seven years quit within a month
I would suggest that if you interview, ask for a tour and pay attention to the employee entrance. One wall will have pictures of new hires and opposite will show pictures of those who have left. More people leave than are hired.
Ive already seen a "welcome new hire" and same employee on the "no longer works here" board.

Pauls valley has at least a 60% or higher turnover rate. The hr manager and gm made the hr assistant lie to corporate so they wouldn’t get investigated
Horrible, and the HR manager at Pauls valley lies about it to everyone and corporate!!
Usually we hire 6-15 people, after first day there are 4 left. One week later maybe 1. I’ve had over 150 years of expertise leave because of treatment, and management having OS push them out. SAD
People treatment is from the higher management and personal department so to obtain a better record for Bernis to have good employee relationship top management has to some soul searching.
Vary high and temps. are treated like dogs
Turnover rate is very high here as well.
