An absolute laugh. There is a culture here at Pauls valley and it is of a Russian prison or Cuba. Stay away
Most co-workers are not very smart which is frustrating. Some are unfriendly. Anyone decent leaves within a few months.
Terrible. If you don’t kiss up or bow down you get squat. There is no upward movement, no concern for the “actual worker”. The people on the floor are just trash to gm, his shil the hr manager, kiss up maintanence manager, and so on. Distribution and accounting are on the up and up but that is it
Pauls Valley going from 2019 to 1984
If you work in production you DO NOT matter!! Sad FACT,
Vary stressful you are just a number to them nothing more and don't make friends there because they will just stab you in the back when its good for them

Swing Shift, is a lifestyle in itself, so your co-workers were you friends outside of work as well. Friendly people, and a staff that tried to help you with any questions you may have.
