The Good, the Bad, & the Ugly
CAD Coordinator/Drafter (Former Employee) –  Mitchellville, MDFebruary 3, 2017
At every job, there is good and not so good. The best about this one, was its' culture of doing all we could to serve our clients at every turn. The worst thing was the company's fear. They feared the staff's use of the internet, they feared using the latest tech, and they feared what might happen should the technicians be able to maintain their training and standing within the world of CAD. They seemed to think that trained people unable to use the updated training might seek employment elsewhere. They did try to compensate by generous pay and profit sharing, but that went away after the 2008 recession.
Pros
Good pay, solid benefits, good people
Cons
Virtually no advancement

Secretary (Former Employee) –  Mitchellville, MDNovember 8, 2013
Interesting with a learning curve on a new aspect of construction end for developments. Enjoyed working there. Management liked to micro-manage the staff a little too much. People were great to with/for.
