When they tell you it's a full time job, they aren't kidding. The 8-5 schedule might as well be set in stone, so don't expect them to be flexible if you want to pick you kid up from school or take a long lunch with a friend. You do sometimes get out early when the number gets hit.
That's probably the worst part, lack of flexibility. The rest is standard - more... sales- on the phone all day, lots of money thrown around as motivation, kind of wild goofy atmosphere. Raises come quickly and continue to if you continue selling more per month.
