The average tenure of an office coordinator in the clinic where I worked was 4 to 6 months. I was there just over 3 months. Turnover is higher in this company than any I've ever known. Poor training, poor leadership, minimal support, and extremely low pay with a high workload expectation all contributed to a highly stressful environment.
There is a decent amount of turnover as people realize how underpaid they are
