Since we are a company with over 600+ locations, the tenure varies per location due to many reasons. We are invested in helping each of our associates grow within their career so the most common reason people leave the position is because they have the ability to move into different roles such as a Senior Office Coordinator, Recruiting, Regional Assistant, Sales, Central Scheduling and more.

Answered by BenchMark Physical Therapy

The average tenure of an office coordinator in the clinic where I worked was 4 to 6 months. I was there just over 3 months. Turnover is higher in this company than any I've ever known. Poor training, poor leadership, minimal support, and extremely low pay with a high workload expectation all contributed to a highly stressful environment.
