Lead Therapist (Former Employee) – Redlands, CA – March 12, 2018
I had great rapport with the staff. They were like family. Working with the young adults was a great opportunity for growth and advancing my qualifications as a therapist. The hardest part of the job was working for a family (too many chiefs).

Their passion for helping young adults with their behavioral health issues and substance abuse treatment is very easy to see as soon as you step foot on one of their properties. They all work hard to provide excellent care to their patients and they treat their employees like family. It is a family run company and has been in business for 25 years.
Great environment to work at and help change young adult lives
Consultant/Project Manager (Current Employee) – Redlands, CA – March 6, 2018
I've really enjoyed my time working at Benchmark Transitions. It's a family run business, which I feel makes a big difference in their attitude towards their employees. Their history is pretty amazing, and I think many people that work here don't feel like it's a job as much as a mission to help these young adults that are having issues in their lives.
Unorganized and not a well balanced private place to work.
Job Title is Anonymous (Current Employee) – Redlands, CA – January 2, 2018

Residential Advisor (Current Employee) – Redlands, CA – October 1, 2017
The hardest part of the job is having to squeeze in all necessary inputting of data required at the end of every shift before clocking out. Never fails, overtime is not offered and most of us are never done. So we clock out and take another 15-60 minutes to finish documentation.
Seems difficult to be fired
No benefits after 7 months and still waiting for a 90 day review
