Job was fairly simple, but there is a high turn over rate. Due mainly to they only hire for the insurance season, they do take some individuals for full time positions, but its mainly young females, especially those who graduated from College of Charleston!!! The one thing I didn't like was the way in which they use people and just get rid of them like they are nothing. They will work you all week and let you go on Friday right after you clock out. It made you feel like you were complete trash.
Co workers were great!
No job security, no advancement, no opportunities.
Very relaxed workplace, but get's over bearing at times.

Honestly, one of my best work experiences ever. The only downside is that the work load is unpredictable and changes are always happening at the company, that includes management. It begins to get stressful and over bearing, because in the middle of a management switch, you aren't even sure who you work for.
