Be more involved making sure Senior Ops Mgr is doing all he can and Safety dept doing all he can. Seeing things from only one side is not a successful way to operate a company.

You will not be valued as a consistently hard worker, you will instead be used up until beat down tired. You will watch those who are lazy get treated like kings.
Also will be because there is unfair treatment as to how to obtain a dedicated run. It’s not the same for everyone across the board. Lied to. unsafe equipment. Not listened to by operations dept or safety. Neither dept caring to dive deep in making things better, only care about procedure and numbers.

The owners will ride the money wave until another company out bids them. They will not last so long as they don’t care about safer work conditions and listening to the employees who are in the trenches vs the ones staring at data.

Some suppliers you have to be quick paced for depending on the type of freight.
Other suppliers are very laid back.
