Needs to care more about workers

Indeed Featured review

The most useful review selected by Indeed
A lot of animators are burned out and not compensated enough. Communication about projects and work is also lacking. Needs more onboarding when starting a new project. For most projects, I was just thrown on to an assignment without any time to figure out exactly what was expected from me.

okay internship

it was a fairly average internship. a good opportunity for a college freshman or sophomore with the possibility of full-time employment after graduation.

No time for or interest in you

Poor work/life balance. Atlanta studio is in competing with overseas animation resources for work from the LA home office. No time and no effort made to on board or orient you to expectations. Very poor communication from upper management.

Great benefits from Fox

Biz model built on underpaying and burning out new artists

Productive office, friendly co-workers, and nice office environment

Overall it is a good place to work in the animation industry. On the production side, the day to day work flow varied from busy and stressful to slow and relaxed depending on the time of year and what events were coming up. Great office environment with friendly co-workers. Perks included office snacks, occasional free lunch (depending on your department), office gym, paid parking, company Christmas party, and great health, dental, and vision benefits. Upper management could pay more attention to production staff, specifically assistants and PA's when it comes to recognition of hard work, raises, and bonuses as they are inconsistent at best.

Small Company - Still growing

It was a good company and the people are nice but the turnaround was common. It was a fun enviornment but I always felt it was very hush hush and no one would let us in on what was really going on.

Mismanaged, disdain from LA studio

The hour requirement in Atlanta starts at 50 hours. This studio preys on recent grads and complains about their lack of talent. The benefits package is decent but good luck on trying to use them. The contract term is so short they barely become effective.

I was only chosen as a contributor to the fanart episode. it was a pleasure speaking with the Lead in charge. Everyone was listed for their work. I am not nor everyone been an actual employee and only listed this as an accomplishment.
