The grass is always greener.
I've been an employee of Beretta USA for 5 months, and despite the fact that I have fulfilled the pre-stated requirements for a level 2 Assembler and have worked for the company the required amount of time, I am still getting the run around on why I haven't been promoted. Beretta sounds like a good job from the outside, but once you get in they don't - more... care about you! I love the environment of Beretta and the people there, but the way they treat employees and never stay true to their word makes it extremely hard to stay around for the same pay as someone making burgers. Sad! I feel duped. - less
