The benefits offered are expensive and not beneficial to the employee.

This company used to give Christmas bonuses, free insurance. They cut both and suddenly I was paying over 400.00 a month for insurance. No sick leave pay and no paid vacation. They send you on jobs 70 or 80 miles from home and do not pay any stipend for gas, unless you complain when they send you over 100 miles away, you don't get a stipend for that either. They send you from one job to another and work you like a dog. If you want to spend 20 years of your life for nothing, go to work for them.
I had dental and vision insurance with them. They provided two weeks vacation after one year of employment. The previous CEO was a positive person and well-liked.
