BMMS (Berkley Medical Management Solutions) is a good place to work, but it is still going through some growing pains when it comes to data. In my case it was difficult as they are still working on their data warehouse and choosing their data analytic tools.
The management is truly inspiring which is how the company has come so far, so fast and is still growing. Both the CEO and COO/CIO and most of the senior staff work constantly, and they do not expect the same of the staff. They strive for work/life balance for each and every employee even if they do not do it themselves.

Difficult company to work for with difficult internal management process to follow. Little recognition with poorly defined objectives. HR is not helpful and difficult to reach. Management provides little guidance.
