It WAS a great place to work

Once upon a time I really enjoyed working at BCHC. Unfortunately the environment has become so toxic, as leadership is poorly supportive of staff, fail to acknowledge staff who express concerns about burn out, and wouldnt know what accountability is even if it was spellled out in front of them. But hey... they talk a good game.

Not a professional place to work

Management doesn’t know what they’re doing. This place is understaffed due to the turnover rate. No one honestly knows what they are doing here. Not a good place to work at all. Very toxic atmosphere, pay is poor. Don’t apply

Toxic place to work at with decent benefits.

I worked with BCHC for a little over 2 years and it was an ultimately negative experience. There was a distinct lack of diversity in leadership which made it difficult to move up, and the work environment is insanely toxic. Furthermore, there was little transparency in management decisions, no job security, and high employee turnover. Be prepared to do the job of two different people for the salar...

Chaotic place to work

Beware of a toxic work environment. There are many disrespectful staff who are unprofessional around patients and to each other. Quite a few rude providers. Execs have no concern of bullying and how favoritism rewards bad behavior. Workloads unachievable making it difficult to provide quality care.
