Once upon a time I really enjoyed working at BCHC. Unfortunately the environment has become so toxic, as leadership is poorly supportive of staff, fail to acknowledge staff who express concerns about burn out, and wouldnt know what accountability is even if it was spellled out in front of them. Manager in Reading, PA

Beware of a toxic work environment. There are many disrespectful staff who are unprofessional around patients and to each other. Quite a few rude providers. Execs have no concern of bullying and how favoritism rewards bad behavior. Workloads unachievable making it difficult to provide quality care.
