Work closer with new hires to make sure they are comfortable in their positions. Have more camaraderie among property managers. There is tribalism among the property employees.

I would weed out the current "problem people" in the maintenance areas and ensure the hiring process is directed at obtaining very knowledgeable, trainable and dedicated people.
