All their products fail testing for mold and etc. the management tells you one thing then goes behind your back.

the worst company to work for. seems good at first but everyone is fake and full of drama. its like high school. not fun to work for all they do is point out your flaws and never celebrate your successes

Only apply if you know upper management, otherwise no room for advancement or raises.

Company is more interested in expanding and making money than it is in taking care of the employees that make them their products. Only one H.R. person that doesn’t respond to emails or phone calls. Employee benefits are constantly cut and treatment between employees depends on who you know. Definitely not a company to join if you want job security and fair pay.

Work environment is fun, but management is a bit hectic

The company still has a lot of growing to do, so with that said be ready for constant changes. One day you might do one thing, the next day you’re doing something completely different. The customers are the best part of the job, you build a great relationship with guest. Highly recommended making good connections with guests. The general manager is one of the sweetest managers I’ve ever had, and if only the company gave them the support they truly need, Berkshire Roots would be a great place to start your career in Cannabis. Learn as much as you can.
