Just wants to keep your renewals
As a contracted agent, this manager will work to get as much of your business and renewals as possible. Then he begins to look for reasons to terminate your contract so he keeps all of your renewals. This is what he did to me after I insured all of my contacts. Turns out is was great to leave and find peace and make even more commissions elsewhere. Be careful here. Karma!

Great place to work
Berlin and Denys is a great and fun workplace environment. I'd recommend it to anyone. The staff is very friendly. If you ever need to take a day off because of a family emergency or another problem they are very understanding.
