CSR (Former Employee) – Ontario, CA – August 10, 2018
Management and HR are terrible. The hardest part of this job was the lack of communication, and the polices changed practically everyday. The best part was the people I worked with. I met some really great people that taught me a lot. But morale was very low, and management just hid in their offices when we would go to them with concerns. Stay away from this place. Its toxic.

Good place to learn lots of skills and to be able to work with multiple departments to meet your team goals. Good communication across departments and very open communication with your managers and directors.
CSR - Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – Ontario, CA – June 20, 2018
very very poor management, inconsistent policies, and absolutely no communication between departments. Low pay, and you will never get a raise over 50 cents, even for a model employee. They expect you to do the job of 2 or more people without compensation. They pay less towards benefits every year, so you end up losing money per month, even with your horrible raise you get. The only thing that made it bearable to work here, was my coworkers. They seemed to hire pretty awesome people. This company lacks structure, and if you are not upper management, they don't listen to you or your ideas. Worse company I have ever worked for, and I have had a lot of jobs.
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – Ontario, CA – May 21, 2018
Poor work environment! Poor management! Lack of communication!
Will never recommend this place for anyone to work for.
They allow you to hang up on customer's and take their money. The products they sale are poor. They are imported from china. The reviews for this company products is very poor. Products catch on fire. They sale pallets of broken merchandise to customers.
They are trying to be like amazon but will never be amazon because of their poor products and customer service they provide to the customers.
Operations Manager (Former Employee) – Ontario, CA – April 19, 2018

Warehouse Lead (Former Employee) – Savannah, GA – February 28, 2018
Management was poor, next to no structure, the environment is very cut-throat there you can get fired at any moment for little to no reason at all the pay rate is poor not really a great place to work if you're looking for a secure job
Operations Supervisor (Former Employee) – Indianapolis, IN – February 6, 2018
This company was just starting out in e-commerce so it had significant growing pains associated with it. They were not able to plan out ahead work and got backlogged consistently. They stressed communication to leaders within the company however communication down the ladder was non-existent. They laid off almost half of their workforce due to lack of work after peak season.
Great pay, decent benefits, opportunity for career advancement.
Very high flux in work flow in seasons. Little to no communication from top down.
OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR (Former Employee) – Plainfield, IN – January 29, 2018
The management is only worried about looking good in front of the owners. The site manager is unprofessional at worst and ignorant at best. They require perfection; however, policies, procedures, and practices are below industry standards and encourage wrong behaviour and actions in order to meet goals.
Corporate office Employee (Current Employee) – Irvine, CA – October 9, 2017
Best Choice Products is by far one of the Best Places I have ever worked. Everyone really truly cares and wants to better each other and the company. The upper management including the CEO and President work hand in hand with front line employees and treat everyone as equals.
Demanding work environment with no leadership or organization
WAREHOUSE ADMIN (Former Employee) – Plainfield, IN – June 2, 2017
Best Choice Product is a company growing very quickly. It is a reactionary company that does not plan for peak seasons. Therefore it puts undo strain on employees to meet shipping demands when these seasons occur. They currently do not have a WMS system so all shipping labels and pick-lists are done manually through Excel. BCP has a very high turnover in employment for both warehouse associates and administrative/management positions.
Receiving Supervisor (Former Employee) – Rancho Cucamonga, CA – May 12, 2015
Very young copmpany. With that said, it hasnt quite yet worked out the bugs. A typical day was very crazy and exhausting mentally, mainly because management and the employees are not working together. Management did'nt quite know what they were doing.
