Decent Pay, Terrible Work/Life Balance
Written by Manager (Former Employee) from Alabama on June 27, 2018
Overall a decent company to work for. Current CEO has a strong emphasis on sales and not much else. Overly pressured sometimes on sales. Big culture change in the last year, some good and some not so much.
Work/Life balance isn't very good. Most employees work 45+ hours per week. Most general managers work 60+ hours per week. They do offer some incentives, - more ... but they aren't nearly what they should be to put up with some of the clientele and the constant pressure. - less
ProsGood employee purchase program, decent pay
ConsWork/Life balance, job insecurity
