1 when a future customer fills out your form for a callback just so he can do business with you ... please ccall them back
2 when you contact customer service. Have something in place so I , again, give my info and you call me back junk. Lousy customer service. Upper management has no insight on how to do business corporate isolates them selves from the public making it hard to resolve issues. If your company is so lucrative then why are you in business. You just let 1200 a year walk out the door. 100 customers like that is 100000 a year I guess you don’t need my business!! If it’s that crazy to do business with you as a possible customer what would the customer have to deal with after the deal is through????

Absolutely terrible. I was the Sales Manager at my store, and my store manager and regional manager were among the most disrespectful, crooked people I've ever met. Zero integrity, will say or do anything to make a dollar. Customer service is embarrassing, total lack of respect for employees and customers alike.

First, I would get rid of the under-performers, even if they had over 10 years with the company. If they still are unable to do their jobs, why are they still working there.

Second, I would not allow District managers or Vice Presidents to override Store manager decisions on who they want working there, if the manager needs to get rid of a bad employee, they should be able to, instead of being allowed to override the store manager on the fear it would cost them accounts, they don't deal with the issue the store manager does on a daily basis, and should only be advised it will happen.
