1 when a future customer fills out your form for a callback just so he can do business with you ... please ccall them back
2 when you contact customer service. Have something in place so I , again, give my info and you call me back junk. Lousy customer service. Upper management has no insight on how to do business corporate isolates them selves from the public making it hard to resolve issues. If your company is so lucrative then why are you in business. You just let 1200 a year walk out the door. 100 customers like that is 100000 a year I guess you don’t need my business!! If it’s that crazy to do business with you as a possible customer what would the customer have to deal with after the deal is through????
